Once your return is accepted by our brand or partner boutique, you’ll receive an email from our crypto payment provider (Coinbase Commerce or Solana Pay) with a link to claim your refund. Simply follow the link, enter your wallet address, and submit the form.

Your refund will be issued in the same cryptocurrency you used for payment, based on the current exchange rate. Because crypto values can fluctuate, the amount of tokens you receive may be different from what you initially paid.

Once your refund is successfully claimed, the funds will typically appear in your wallet within one business day—although this can vary if the blockchain network is busy.

Overpayment
If you overpaid in cryptocurrency, we’ll still process your order. Then, you’ll automatically receive an email to refund the extra amount.

Underpayment
If you didn’t send enough, you’ll have 24 hours to make up the difference. You’ll get an email prompting you to finalize your payment.

Invalid Payments
Occasionally, a payment may show as invalid. This will be investigated by our crypto payment provider’s team, who may reach out for more information. If the payment was eventually received, you can expect a refund within 5–7 business days.

To complete your order using cryptocurrency, simply select Coinbase Commerce or Solana Pay during checkout.

Coinbase Commerce supports a variety of chains, whereas Solana Pay only supports the Solana network.
